So, while women now make up <a class=\"has-text-color\" href=\"https:\/\/www.weforum.org\/stories\/2025\/01\/why-it-s-time-to-use-reskilling-to-unlock-women-s-stem-potential\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>28% of the STEM workforce<\/strong><\/a>, IT professions continue to see some of the lowest representation, hovering around <strong>19%<\/strong> for IT professionals and <strong>23%<\/strong> for IT technicians.<\/p>\n<p>This is not just a <strong>diversity issue<\/strong>, it\u2019s a <strong>business challenge<\/strong>.
