The gender gap\u00a0in IT\u00a0remains\u00a0broad reaching\u00a0across industries and\u00a0roles.\u00a0Despite improvements, the women-to-men\u00a0ratio is\u00a0still\u00a0lower than\u00a0in other sectors. Furthermore,\u00a044% of female IT professionals acknowledge that\u00a0men climb up the career ladder\u00a0at a\u00a0faster\u00a0pace<\/a>\u00a0than they do.\u00a0That\u2019s why we wanted to\u00a0give a nod to some of the amazing women leading Europe\u2019s tech revolution.\u00a0<\/p>\n
