This week, Amazon announced the general availability of Kendra<\/a>, its own solution to this problem. The platform leverages natural language processing to let users search for anything they need through natural questions rather than keywords. <\/p>\n

And so, automation keeps on permeating and refining enterprise systems. <\/p>\n
